Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Design Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Existing knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
  • Track record in finding solutions to problems within deadlines.
  • Full UK Driving license required.

Overview

Our 3D Revit Production Design Engineer will have the opportunity to work closely with our eclectic team of experienced Design Engineers and contribute to the design and development of our exciting projects all from our Worcester head Office.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Produce Detailed Working/Fabrication Drawings of Valve Sets, Rise Modules, Sprinkler Pump Houses and Sprinkler Zone Modules.
  • Work Closely with Wider Design Team to Coordinate Services.
  • Produce Product Schedules and Cutting Sheets.
  • Develop & Maintain Design Standards.
  • Visit Module Factory to Review Problems, Improvements or Quality Reviews.
  • Create and Maintain a Library of Parts for Use in Modules or Other Designs.
What You’ll Need
  • Previous Experience in a Design Engineer Role or Similar.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Revit
  • Existing Knowledge of AutoCAD (Desirable)
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
  • Track Record in Finding Solutions to Problems Within Deadlines
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Experience in module design and fire protection pump rooms is beneficial, but training will be given.
  • Full UK Driving license.

This is an office-based role and would require the successful 3D Revit Production Design Engineer to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
