Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation.We are currently looking for Revenue Integration and Mobilisation Manager to join our Sales team, working 40 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.The role will be based centrally in either our Liverpool or Harrogate office, with a hybrid approach to working for part of the week. You will also be required to travel nationally to attend meetings with clients, and the geographically based revenue team.

The Revenue Integration and Mobilisation Manager is responsible for leading the mobilisation and onboarding of takeover properties and supporting the Sales & Mobilisation Managers across new build schemes. The role focuses on delivering and executing property specific sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure rapid mobilisation, maximise occupancy, and drive revenue growth.

Acting as the revenue lead during mobilisation, you will work closely with Central, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective system setup, sales process alignment, and marketing execution. You will also maintain strong client relationships, providing detailed reporting, performance analysis, and recommendations to enhance conversion and overall results.

Key Responsibilities
Mobilisation & Integration
  • Lead the onboarding of takeover properties from appointment to handover into BAU, focusing on revenue and marketing performance.
  • Support Sales & Marketing Mobilisation Managers with new build schemes, ensuring system setup, data accuracy, pricing approvals, and early stage client engagement.
  • Coordinate with Central and Revenue teams to ensure all properties are effectively positioned and marketed.
  • Visit properties to gain a full understanding of the proposition, ensuring on-site teams are welcomed, trained, and aligned with company standards.
  • Oversee implementation of updates to signage, websites, and on-site materials, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Sales Strategy & Performance
  • Develop and execute property-specific sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Analyse key sales metrics, market trends, and demographic data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing plans and budgets, including pricing and incentive structures.
  • Monitor agent and incentive budgets, proposing adjustments where required to optimise performance.
Client Management
  • Manage client relationships from a sales and mobilisation perspective, ensuring transparent communication and strategy alignment.
  • Present sales, marketing, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Secure client approval for pricing, marketing plans, and incentive budgets.
  • Liaise with the wider integration team to provide progress updates.
Team Support & Development
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure all sales processes and policies are followed.
  • Deliver onsite sales training and coaching to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Review and enhance the customer journey, including viewings, online engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Encourage positive sales behaviours within teams and support retention and rebooking initiatives.
Market Knowledge & Partnerships
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the student housing market, including competitor analysis and sector trends.
  • Suggest and support local initiatives for lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Support the Partnerships team in securing agreements and expanding institutional relationships.

In order for Homes for Students to work effectively, you may be required to assist with other areas of work and therefore, you should be prepared to undertake other duties appropriate to the post, as delegated by your line manager.
