A leading student accommodation provider is seeking a Revenue Integration and Mobilisation Manager to join their Sales team. The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to manage the onboarding of properties and develop sales strategies. Homes for Students is the UK’s largest independent provider of Student Accommodation.We are currently looking for Revenue Integration and Mobilisation Manager to join our Sales team, working 40 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.The role will be based centrally in either our Liverpool or Harrogate office, with a hybrid approach to working for part of the week. You will also be required to travel nationally to attend meetings with clients, and the geographically based revenue team.
The Revenue Integration and Mobilisation Manager is responsible for leading the mobilisation and onboarding of takeover properties and supporting the Sales & Mobilisation Managers across new build schemes. The role focuses on delivering and executing property specific sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure rapid mobilisation, maximise occupancy, and drive revenue growth.
Acting as the revenue lead during mobilisation, you will work closely with Central, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective system setup, sales process alignment, and marketing execution. You will also maintain strong client relationships, providing detailed reporting, performance analysis, and recommendations to enhance conversion and overall results.
In order for Homes for Students to work effectively, you may be required to assist with other areas of work and therefore, you should be prepared to undertake other duties appropriate to the post, as delegated by your line manager.
