Qualifications

  • Experience managing and monitoring health & safety compliance.
  • Ability to lead and mentor others effectively.
  • Prior knowledge of internal/external refurbishment works.

Responsibilities

  • Assist on management of the day-to-day operational delivery of planned work.
  • Check quality of work in line with building regulations and standards.
  • Oversee internal and external works including roofing and insulation.

Knowledge of PAS 2035 domestic retrofit
