Qualifications

• Experience in Retrofit & Planned refurbishment works within Social Housing.
• Good understanding of PAS2035, scaffold compliance, and complex documentation.
• Must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams and resources to meet individual contract requirements.
• Ensure all site work complies with legal and statutory health and safety requirements.
• Create and manage reports on multiple live site locations.
