This role is essential in maintaining the Reiss visual standard, driving workflow efficiency, and ensuring all imagery meets the creative direction set by the Creative Director and Head of Creative.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day management of the retouching function, ensuring all assets are delivered on time for product launches and editorial content. Working closely with photographers, stylists, production teams, and cross-functional partners, you will uphold consistency, accuracy, and excellence across every touchpoint of our ecommerce and campaign imagery.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Who you are
  • Experienced in leading or supervising a retouch team within a fast-paced ecommerce or creative studio environment, ideally in retail fashion.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop with strong expertise in advanced retouching, image manipulation, and colour matching across model, still-life, and editorial assets.
  • Confident working on Mac OS with Wacom tools, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and premium quality across high-volume workflows.
  • Exceptionally organised with strong time management abilities, comfortable prioritising multiple deadlines and managing shifting workloads.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in delivering high-level quality control, ensuring all imagery meets brand and creative standards.
  • A clear and collaborative communicator, able to liaise confidently with Creative, Product, Social, Merchandising, Content, and external partners.
  • Familiar with Capture One, digital asset management systems, and studio workflow tools is beneficial.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about elevating brand imagery and maintaining a high-performing creative environment.
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing, delegating, and structuring daily workloads for the retouch team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of all assets.
  • Conducting thorough quality control checks and verifying the accuracy, consistency, and premium finish across all retouched imagery.
  • Preparing image files including colour matching, resequencing, creating match shots, and producing clear retouch notes on contact sheets.
  • Performing advanced retouching and image manipulation using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all imagery aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Actioning and incorporating feedback from Creative and Product teams, ensuring all ecommerce, editorial, still-life, and social assets remain on-brand and visually consistent.
  • Overseeing the prioritisation of imagery selects against OPR sheets and partnering with Production and Trade teams to ensure all studio deadlines are met.
  • Leading contact sheet reviews and approvals with the Head of Creative and Creative Director prior to asset upload.
  • Establishing and refining streamlined processes across the retouching and studio teams, including collaborating with shoot teams to maintain visual consistency in lighting, model presentation, and overall output.

  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.
  • Plus further workplace benefits.
