Retention Advisor page is loaded## Retention Advisorlocations: Basingstoketime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ0036311Annual salary: up to £30,545.00**Retention Advisor****Location: Basingstoke****Contract: Office based, 12-month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday****Salary up to £30,545 per annum**We are looking for a dedicated Retention Advisor to support the delivery of the Government Key Worker Accommodation Contract, working across various stages of a property’s life cycle. This frontline service supporting customers through different stages of their tenancy by sourcing, assessing, and allocating suitable properties to meet contractual targets. Responsibilities include auditing and managing housing stock, reviewing applications, negotiating with landlords and clients, and maintaining accurate records with regular updates and escalations to the line manager.
