Retail Volunteer Ashford Kent Volunteer Centre The Big Cat Sanctuary

We are seeking customer-focused individuals to become part of our retail team at The Big Cat Sanctuary. We are looking for people to greet guests and assist with the general running of the shop and everything that may entail. If you like keeping things neat and tidy, pay attention to detail and have fantastic people skills, this could be the role for you. We are looking for individuals to help us at 10:15 – 16:15, ideally one regular day of the week.

Detailed Description

Position Overview: To provide excellent customer service to the customers of the Big Cat Sanctuary and assist the Retail Supervisor to ensure the effective and productive running of all retail operations (BCS Shop, off‑site exhibits, special events, online shop etc). Working in Retail is an important part of raising the funds we need to successfully run our business, whilst delivering an exceptional service for our guests. Directly interacting with our customers, our retail team is in a key position to inform our customers what amazing work we are doing as an organisation.
