Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - Withernsea

Location: Withernsea, England, United Kingdom. Salary: £13.73 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay).

We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistants to join our team. The role involves working in a variety of retail stores with flexible patterns and some shifts including nights. Travel between stores may be required and owning a vehicle is advantageous. Accommodation can be provided when required to stay away from home.

Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to work is via our Field Power platform where you can set availability and accept shifts. You will be required to clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, and cleaning fixtures where required.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable and accessible for customers.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
• Supporting the store with replenishment as needed.

• Shifts are 10-12 hours, including nights, with scheduling accessible via the Field Power platform.
• Clock in and out using a smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
• Travel between local stores; accommodation provided if required.

Key Skills / Experience

• An eye for detail.
• General level of fitness suitable for manual handling and lifting.
• Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when required; applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
