Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - HALIFAX

Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd is hiring a Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant for the HALIFAX area. Role details include a rate of £13.73 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay: £12.25 per hour + £1.48 = £13.73 p/h holiday pay).

Overview

Join to apply for the Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant - HALIFAX role at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd. Flexible working patterns with shifts, including nights, are available in various retail stores. Access to work via Field Power platform and smartphone clock-in is provided. Accommodation may be provided when required.

Responsibilities

• De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, and cleaning fixtures as required.
• Reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable for customers.
• Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
• Replenishment support for stores as needed.
• Work across shifts (10–12 hours) including days and nights (most shifts are nights).
• Clock in/out using a smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
• Occasional travel to local stores; accommodation provided when required.

Requirements/Skills

• An eye for detail.
• General fitness; manual handling and lifting involved.
• Hard-working with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail is helpful; training will be provided.
• Problem solving and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts; applicants must be 18 or over.
