We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Cotswold Outdoor Group. This role is about more than day‑to‑day responsibilities – it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers.
Location: We are currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026. The new office is a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard – an exciting next step in our adventure.
