About the Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the outlet, ensuring outstanding service for our members, guests, and visitors. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future direction of our food and beverage operations, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and clear objectives to the team.
  • Create a safe, team‑oriented, and motivating work environment.
  • Deliver induction and on‑the‑job training, and support staff development and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and lead by example in service excellence.
Operational Management
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in developing business plans and achieving financial objectives.
  • Manage budgets, rosters, and labour costs effectively.
  • Oversee stock control, cash handling, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Service Delivery
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
  • Promote a member‑first culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Carry out F&B duties when required, including order taking, coffee making, and beverage service.
