About the Role:

As Restaurant Manager at Cairn Group, you’ll take the lead in delivering a best‑in‑class dining experience—ensuring every service runs smoothly, your team performs brilliantly, and our guests leave happy.

You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food and service while driving customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and commercial performance.

With vibrant, hands‑on leadership, you’ll develop and support your team to consistently exceed expectations, meet service standards, and contribute to the restaurant’s ongoing success.

Whether managing the floor, reviewing guest feedback, or monitoring operational KPIs, you’ll balance people leadership with a strong commercial focus to deliver excellent results.
