Starting salary from £26,707 per annum dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Adviser to join our Resourcing Team!

As our new Resourcing Adviser, you will become a valued part of a supportive, collaborative team. Using our Applicant Tracking System, you will help attract, engage, recruit, and onboard outstanding professional and academic talent.

You will be responsible for the proactive management of the full recruitment process from advert publication, attraction and selection, to interview and appointment. You will create targeted recruitment campaigns utilising data to identify the best routes to market specific vacancies and build and sustain credible relationships with both stakeholders and candidates to provide an outstanding recruitment experience.

You will have recruitment experience gained through directly relevant work, with knowledge and understanding of the full end to end recruitment process. You will also have knowledge of resourcing tools, particularly the use of social media in a resourcing context, and an understanding of equality and diversity and UKVI issues and how they relate to recruitment. Experience within a HR and Talent Acquisition or Marketing, or digital environment would be advantageous.

This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis from 16 March 2026.

UEA offers a variety of flexible working options and although this role is advertised on a full-time basis, we encourage applications from individuals who would prefer a flexible working pattern including annualised hours, compressed working hours, part time, job share, term-time only and/or hybrid working.
