Job description

Resource Coordinator / Resource Manager

Permanent | Warrington (Hybrid)

Overview

This is a chance to join a specialist consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation, AI‑driven insights and major project delivery. Based in Warrington with hybrid working, they support complex infrastructure and capital programmes across the UK — blending traditional project controls expertise with cutting‑edge digital tools such as BIM, 4D planning, predictive analytics and automated reporting.

They’re growing quickly, and this role sits right at the heart of how they manage people, training and early‑career development during that growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of resource coordination — making sure the right skills are deployed at the right time across multiple projects. You’ll support day‑to‑day recruitment activity too: writing and posting adverts, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews and managing communication with external agencies.

Early‑career development is a key part of the role. You’ll lead the onboarding of apprentices, set them up in Sage, track their progression and ensure they receive the structure and support they need to develop.

Training and competency development will be a major focus. You’ll identify requirements, source relevant courses, arrange training contracts and help maintain a skilled, compliant workforce capable of delivering high‑profile digital and engineering projects.

What You’ll Bring
  • A proactive, organised approach with confidence to work independently
  • Experience in resourcing, recruitment coordination or training administration
  • Understanding of apprenticeships and early‑career pathways
  • Strong communication, accuracy and stakeholder‑management skills
Why This Role?

You’ll be joining a business that’s redefining how major projects are delivered — combining delivery expertise with digital innovation to simplify complexity and accelerate outcomes. Your work will directly influence how people grow, develop and contribute to that mission.
