Job summary

A leading children's care provider is seeking a passionate Residential Childcare Practitioner in Swinton, Manchester. You will work with children aged 7 to 17 facing social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Salary & Working Hours

• £13.50 per hour
• Contract Options: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Sleep‑ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month, paid at £52 per sleep
• Potential Earnings: Up to £38,688 per year

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).

• Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum Age: 22 (due to children’s workforce regulations).
