• Minimum of HND/HNC in building-related studies.
• Previous experience in the UK residential house-building sector.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at different stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 3–4 sites, setting budgets and producing valuations.
• Process payments efficiently and resolve disputed items.
• Produce site valuations bi-monthly for the Board of Directors.
• Co-ordinate with other departments for efficient site operations.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
