We have grown considerably over the last few years and are looking for a conveyancer to join our busy Residential Property Department. Working with us in York offers a great work/life balance in a friendly team-orientated environment.

We are looking for someone like-minded, to be an integral part of our residential property team.

Our preferred candidate will also have some experience of:

• Working in a residential property department doing a variety of work
• Running your own files, with help and support from colleagues
• The regional residential property market, its challenges and opportunities;
• IT and case management systems
• Working within a target driven environment;
