Qualifications

• You will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration experience.
• It would be advantageous to have experience within a social housing environment.
• You must live within reasonable distance and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between residents, stakeholders, and the construction team.
• Address residents' concerns and ensure their needs are met.
• Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team.
