A leading residential accommodation provider in Nottingham is looking for a Residence Supervisor to help manage daily operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to mentor team members. Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Pattern:Our Supervisors work collaboratively throughout the full working week Monday – Sunday. Shifts can start as early as 7am and finish as late as 9pm with an expectation of doing 2 late finishes per week. Days and hours will rotate weekly subject to demands and team availability, including 1 weekend in 3 or 4.

Play a critical role within the day-to-day operations of Vita Student. The position provides daily support to our management team, customer service team, maintenance operations and housekeeping; ensuring the building, its services, amenities and colleagues are working together to achieve the high standards the Vita brand prides itself on.
Vita Student delivers a luxury, all-encompassing residential experience to our students. Our aim is to guarantee the best customer service to all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As this is a supervisory role, we are looking for someone who has experience of supporting colleagues across multi-functioning teams, providing support and guidance where required.

Holidays are paid on a pro-rata basis which is reflective of hours worked. Supervisors will receive 28 days paid holiday including England & Wales Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
