Imagine yourself at the heart of the stunning West Sussex countryside, working at The Goodwood Hotel. As a Reservations Executive, you’ll be part of a warm, sociable team that ensures every guest feels welcome, heard, and excited about their upcoming visit.

Your Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests - making a lasting impression and turning enquiries into bookings. With 91 beautiful bedrooms to manage, you’ll ensure every reservation is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

You’ll also be a key ambassador for the wider Goodwood experience, confidently recommending and booking:

  • Golf sessions
  • Driving and flying experiences
  • Our award-winning restaurants

Collaboration is Key

You’ll work closely with our Estate Sales, Front Desk, and Operational teams to ensure every detail is communicated clearly and smoothly - making each guest’s journey seamless from start to finish.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in hospitality or a customer-focused role, ideally with a sales element
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative and a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with Protel (a bonus, not a must!)
