ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Researcher (Care, Wellbeing & Social Science)!
We are seeking a Researcher (Care, Wellbeing & Social Science) to play a pivotal role in strengthening our evidence base and shaping the future of our services. You will conduct and support applied research that directly improves residents’ physical, mental and social wellbeing.
Working across our villages and with external partners, you will design and deliver mixed-methods research, evaluate the impact of our care and wellbeing models, and translate findings into practical recommendations that influence service development and policy.

Our ideal candidate will have experience designing and conducting applied research, particularly in healthcare, ageing, or wellbeing. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings clearly. You should possess a genuine care for enhancing older adults' quality of life.
