About the Role

As a “Researcher” you will be researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate valuable data insights for our clients. You will receive full training, from our in‑house Research Training Manager; this will include 121 training, group workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching.

Key Accountabilities
  • Researching current construction projects to a detailed level using the telephone, internet, and other communication sources to generate opportunities for our customers.
  • Interacting directly with clients through our internal CRM systems to answer queries on construction information.
  • Managing your own workload to ensure project information is current, correct and delivered on time to meet department expectations.
  • Achieve KPI measures around project volume and quality of data gathered.
  • Consulting with other colleagues within the business.
  • Building relationships with contacts within the construction industry.
Requirements
  • Desirable, but not essential, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role, this could be in a contact centre, customer service or similar.
  • Active listener.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve KPI’s.
  • Resilience and strong work ethic.
  • Dedication and commitment to producing consistently high‑quality output.
  • Collaborator, with a sound understanding of the role you can play in helping the wider team to succeed.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel or similar.
  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Accountable.
