In this fast-paced environment, we’ll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture’.

These are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:
  • Attend site meetings to ensure optimal planning of work, plant and labour resources.
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
  • Reduce aborts, re-work and traffic management fines
  • Manage employee training and ensure your direct reports are developed to make their best contribution
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
We would love to hear from you, if you can demonstrate…

A good all-round technical knowledge of the construction & water industry, ideally with some experience team leading or supervision. A NRSWA qualification is desireable.

You’ll need to be a confident and clear communicator, able to demonstrate good judgement and a practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving.

Being comfortable with using technology for planning, reporting and communication will also help you succeed in this role. Finally, a full and valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
