Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable).
• Experience in a similar role within construction or refurbishment projects.
• Strong communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and supply chains.
• Organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with IT packages including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial resources for assigned projects to maximise gross margin.
• Tender, evaluate, and appoint consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify, negotiate, and agree variations to contracts.
• Measure and value work to support invoicing.
• Produce monthly reports and forecasts for business requirements.
