Qualifications

  • Previous experience in end-to-end payroll management and processes.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, organisational and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input payroll data and reconcile reports for schools.
  • Process statutory forms including P45s, P60s, and Student Loans.
  • Manually calculate salary adjustments and variable payments.
  • Apply PAYE, National Insurance, and other statutory provisions.
  • Handle payroll inquiries from third parties such as HMRC.
