• 3–7+ years of experience in business development or sales within a CRO, biotech, or clinical research company.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle and related services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across clinical trial services.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting and closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
