Qualifications

• Experience in therapeutic support and mental health assessments.
• Recognized diploma qualification in counselling.
• Experience conducting in-bound telephone counselling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EAP service to clients with mental health needs.
• Assess client’s well-being using structured assessments.
• Provide one-off counselling advice and manage client caseload.

Skills

Counselling diploma qualification (Level 4) or higher

BACP/UKCP Registration

Strong IT skills including MS Teams and MS Office

Flexible attitude to work shifts

Experience with complex cases
