Job summary

A financial technology leader based in the UK is seeking a Customer Engineer to manage repairs and maintenance of ATMs and related equipment. Successful candidates will have a UK driving license, be mechanically inclined, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This role involves working directly with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels, requiring some travel and flexibility in work hours, including early/late shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ensure continuity of customer operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for ownership of customer problems until resolved.
