Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with law firm clients to implement and support products.
• Manage client product implementations from start to finish.
• Deliver engaging client training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and mentor other team members.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Technical aptitude with SQL (T-SQL preferred)

Knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies
