Qualifications

• Around 4+ years experience in an IT support environment, with at least a year in a 2nd line role.
• Strong skills across Microsoft services, ideally with certifications such as MD-102 or MS-102.
• Experience with Microsoft Server OS for basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handling escalations from the 1st line/service desk team.
• Supporting the 3rd line team with IT projects and infrastructure work.
• Delivering occasional on-site support when remote work isn’t an option.
