We’re looking for people who are

  • SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence holders.

Previous experience in security is great, but if you’ve only recently got your SIA licence that’s fine. What’s just as important is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. We will provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Our goal is to help you to become a valued member of the Carlisle team.

Your core responsibilities will include
  • Offering guidance, information, and a friendly face as a first point of contact for customers including members of the public, patients and staff.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of colleagues and customers, providing a sense of assurance.
  • Being a smart, approachable, and proactive presence as a security representative.
  • Managing and responding to incidents including challenging situations effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Building strong relationships as part of a supportive and professional team.
  • Escort patients and ensuring their safety.
  • Locating and assisting with missing patients.
  • Responding to fire, intruder, and panic alarms.
  • Providing security escorts and managing traffic flow.
  • Conducting car park checks and maintaining equipment.
  • Handling and delivering cash securely.
  • Performing driving duties as required.
