This role will be providing cover to our stores in Stevenage, Northampton, March and Peterborough.

About the Role

As a Relief Sales Consultant at Mattressman, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an informed, professional, and ethical experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer care and resolving queries quickly and efficiently.
• Store Presentation: Ensuring the store is clean, presentable, and stocked to the required standards at all times.
• Sales: Developing and maintaining both new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.
• Telesales: Seamlessly handling telesales calls in addition to assisting in‑store customers.
• Technology Adaptation: Adapting to new technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Teamwork: Working flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Cash Handling: Carrying out daily cash handling routines with accuracy and integrity.
• Compliance: Adhering to data protection policies and updating POS and pricing changes as guided by management.
