Responsibilities

  • Complete site lockups/unlocks.
  • Escort visitors/contractors around the site as required.
  • Provide a professional, efficient service while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Carry out caretaking duties as requested.
  • Deal with fire evacuations and emergency response as required.

The Opportunity

Our client is a central college which has an outstanding campus with industry-standard facilities. The role of a Relief College Support Officer involves working on your own or as part of a team to provide an efficient and professional caretaking and security service to clients, staff, students and visitors.

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Complete site lockups/unlocks
  • Escort Visitors/contractors around the site as required
  • Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors
  • Carry out caretaking duties as requested
  • Deal with Fire evacuations and Emergency response as and when required

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Valid SIA Licence
