We have an exciting opportunity for a Rehabilitation Support Worker to support the delivery of our rehabilitation strategy for Intermediate Care Services at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. This role will support our therapy team to provide high quality rehabilitation to patients accessing our service across our 3 sites Rye Hospital, Bexhill Irvine Unit and Eastbourne Milton Grange, independent transport to travel will be required.
The ESHT Rehabilitation strategy is focused on improving the quality and performance of our acute and community services to deliver high quality rehabilitation across East Sussex. This is a dynamic and changing environment, and the strategy is working to support our staff, teams and the organisation as a whole to make meaningful changes that bring about improvements in rehabilitation for the benefit of our population. The role of the band 3 Rehabilitation Support Worker is key in delivering our strategy.
