Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks

Job overview

Must be able to work at both Campion Ward at Leamington Rehab (CV346SR) and Nicol Unit. The role is a caring, compassionate, self‑motivated, honest, trustworthy, reliable and enthusiastic Clinical Rehab Support Worker, working across both units. The wards are GP run, caring for patients requiring sub‑acute admission prevention, rehabilitation or palliative care.

Main duties of the job

The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker undertakes high‑quality, caring personal care and associated duties under the direction of registered staff, as part of the multi‑disciplinary team.

The CSW supports nurses, doctors and other professionals, helps with supervision, prepares patients for treatment, maintains clean clinical areas, follows infection control, chaperones, assists families, and supports discharge processes.
