A leading consulting firm is seeking a Regulatory Assurance Advisory Specialist in Epsom on a 6-month contract. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FCA regulations / FCA handbook knowledge.
• Experience in providing regulatory advice and support to business units.
• Regulatory Assurance background preferred.
• Consumer Duty experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on regulation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and analyse their impact.
• Develop relationships with business units for regulatory needs.
• Assist in implementing new regulations and updating policies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the FCA.
