The City & Guilds of London Art School, an independent and prestigious Higher Education institution with a 170-year legacy in fine art and craft education, is seeking to hire a Registry Administrator. This part‑time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in administration to contribute to the smooth delivery of specialist undergraduate and postgraduate courses in an intimate, creative, and student‑focused environment.
As the Registry Administrator, you will become a vital member of the Art School’s small administrative team, ensuring the seamless management of the admissions process. You will act as the first point of contact for admissions inquiries, managing the application journey from initial contact to enrollment. A significant part of the role focuses on working with international students, including processing their applications and advising prospective applicants on visa and immigration requirements.
You will also support a wide variety of administrative tasks in the registry, including maintaining accurate records and supporting the broader operational and academic activities of the institution.
