Role: Registered Veterinary Nurse

Location: Valley Vets (Kilmarnock, Scotland)

Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience + benefits

Hours: Open to full time or part time

Contract: Permanent

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a variety of patients
• Assist our Vets during surgical and medical procedures
• Monitor and support the recovery of patients post-surgery
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Mentor and support your peers
• Contribute to the efficient running of the practice, including inventory management and client communication
• Support and run nursing clinics

You’ll bring:

• Must be RCVS registered or equivalent

We have a purpose-built RCVS accredited main surgery, which is extremely well-equipped to allow case workups to a high standard and an SVN training practice. There is 20 of us here: 6 Vets, 5 RVNs and our amazing support staff.

Salary and benefits:

Up to £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
