Eltisley Manor is our 37‑bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near St‑Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based nursing care.
• Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
• Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and-shortle staff.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
