A leading children's residential service provider in Frome is looking for a Registered Manager to lead a small home for children under 16. The role offers flexible working hours and a salary ranging from £36,000 to £60,000 depending on registration status. Candidates must possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and have at least 2 years of leadership experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within a Children’s Residential setting.
• Understand therapeutic care and champion relational practice.

• Mentor a settled and skilled team.

Skills

Experience managing or deputising in a children's home
