As a Registered Manager, you'll be the heart of the home, ensuring young people receive exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. • Lead & Inspire – Manage a compassionate care team to create a positive, nurturing environment.
• Home Management – Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Care Planning – Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
• Mentorship & Supervision – Support, guide, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Collaborate with Experts – Work alongside Clinical Psychologists to implement evidence-based interventions.
• Recruit & Develop – Take part in hiring, vetting, and onboarding new team members.
• Encourage Growth – Help young people engage in therapies, education, and essential life skills.

🎓 What You’ll Need
