Role Overview

The Registered Care Manager will oversee two supported living flats, each housing four residents. You’ll lead a team including a Deputy Manager, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. The role involves coaching staff, maintaining strong relationships with families and professionals, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations across two supported living flats

Required Skills and Experience
Essential
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum)
  • Willingness to undertake Level 5 qualification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred support
  • Experience in residential or supported living services
  • Understanding of REACH standards (or willingness to learn)
  • Right to work in the UK
