Salary: £60,000‑£65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and company car

Work Location: Hybrid – Swinton/Pendlebury (3 days remote, 2 days in office)
Job Overview
- The role requires account management and sales performance across all subsectors of service within the Fire Protection market.
- Responsible for an allocation of Southern fire contractors installing projects across residential, commercial and riser applications.
- Responsible to deliver the sales and margin budget allocated to each account being managed.
- The job requires a balance of on‑the‑road and office‑based working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Set and achieve sales targets, margin targets, and market share expansion.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
Market & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts within the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (>98%) and retention.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
- Utilise CRM tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
