Regional Sales Manager (South) – OMGkPop

Location: High Wycombe, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £60,000‑£65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and company car

Job Type: Full time

Work Location: Hybrid – Swinton/Pendlebury (3 days remote, 2 days in office)

Job Overview
  • The role requires account management and sales performance across all subsectors of service within the Fire Protection market.
  • Responsible for an allocation of Southern fire contractors installing projects across residential, commercial and riser applications.
  • Responsible to deliver the sales and margin budget allocated to each account being managed.
  • The job requires a balance of on‑the‑road and office‑based working.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, margin targets, and market share expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
Market & Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts within the region.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (>98%) and retention.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
  • Utilise CRM tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
