Overview

Established in 2004, First Light Lamps is a global leader in the manufacture of Xenon and Krypton laser lamps for the medical, aesthetic, and industrial markets. We take great pride in producing high‑quality products and continuously raising the bar as the only flash lamp manufacturer in the UK.

Position

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team, based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. The role involves international travel across Asia, developing both new and existing customer relationships and representing the business at exhibitions to drive sales growth. You may also be asked to support your sales colleagues on trips across Europe and America if required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through distributors and OEM customers within your defined regions.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers to support sustainable growth.
  • Represent First Light Lamps professionally at international exhibitions and industry events.
  • Support sales colleagues on trips across Europe and America, as required.
  • Travel internationally 3–4 times per year.

  • Motivated, ambitious and resilient sales professional with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
  • Experience in a couple of sales roles and desire to take the next step in your career.
