Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on growing the transport and warehousing safety business by generating and managing new opportunities, influencing early project specifications, and promoting the client’s loading‑bay safety solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with end users, designers, contractors and integrators, conducting site visits and demonstrations, and building a certified installer network.
  • Understand market regulations and technical requirements, maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and consistent year‑on‑year growth.
Requirements
  • Engineering background (ideally Mechanical or Civil) to HNC or Degree level.
  • Technical B2B sales experience, preferably within the UK Warehousing, Transport, or Automotive sectors.
  • Proven ability to create, deliver, and execute sales plans in a technical environment.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency with core IT tools (Office and CRM systems).
