Hamptons are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join and lead our Central London region.

Reporting to the UK Head of Residential Sales, this hire will be responsible for the leadershipof all branches in the region. Previous experience as an area/regional manager is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively drive and lead their area and branch to achieve their financial targets, individual and corporate objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care to both internal and external customers.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the area and beyond and strive to obtain significant market share by adopting pro‑active working processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Company and uphold Hamptonsbrand values.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Residential Sales experience and a strong working knowledge of the industry at a Senior Level is essential
  • A commercially aware leader who is solution focused, passionate about delivering the highest standards of service to customers and can demonstrate an ability to drive necessary change through a business
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results oriented with a `can do` attitude
