Regional Planning Manager

• Route Planning and Basic Management: Familiar with route management standards and regulations. Responsible for route zone demarcation, address database maintenance, and daily AOI system operations within the distribution area. Track route zone operational data, optimize route zone boundaries and coverage, and improve delivery efficiency and resource utilization.
• Team Management and Implementation: Coordinate personnel allocation and scheduling to ensure delivery scheduling; familiarize yourself with and operate the secondary connection system to ensure standardized operational processes and smooth integration. Develop material demand plans for distribution, integrate with procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure the rational allocation of material resources.
• System and Process Optimization: Proficient in utilizing materials management-related information systems and tools. Through data tracking and analysis, optimize route zone planning, scheduling, and material management processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
