Qualifications

• Experience in a Regional or Multi-Site Management role.
• Experience in the Accident Repair Sector/Bodyshop.
• Knowledge of Financial and Management Accounts.
• Competent in IT Literacy including Microsoft packages.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of Accident Repair sites.
• Achieve targets following the Group vision.
• Lead, develop, and motivate your team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for dealerships and retail customers.
• Travel regularly across the region.
