A leading environmental solutions company is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor in Glenfarg to support SHEQ compliance, conduct site audits, and assist in accident investigations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in an environmental subject, strong communication skills, and knowledge of OHSAS 18001. Qualifications

• Diploma or above in environmental or sustainability-based subject.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills.
• Moderate IT skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Effective time and workload management.
• Flexible approach to working environment.
• Knowledge and experience of OHSAS 18001 or similar.
• CMIOSH certification.
• CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Support regional management teams for SHEQ compliance.
• Implement SHEQ guidance and best practice.
• Conduct audits and inspections of workplaces.
• Monitor resolution of SHEQ problems.
• Investigate accidents and identify root causes.
• Assist with risk assessments and control measures.
• Develop and maintain SHEQ documentation.
• Liaise with clients and external assessors.
