Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safety frameworks.
• Desire to develop knowledge under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with SHE legislation and internal safety frameworks.
• Conduct site audits and risk assessments on refurbishment and social housing sites.
• Provide coaching and guidance to site teams and operational leaders.

Education

NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH General
